Five below and Dollar Tree are coming to Eastgate plaza and Kellogg and Rock Road.

Five below is a Philadelphia-based chain that sells items $5 or below such as home décor, treats, and clothing. This will be their third store in Wichita, and they will be taking over the 10,000 sq. ft. space that Kirkland’s plans on vacating mid-October.

Virginia-based Dollar Tree, where everything costs $1, has numerous stores throughout Wichita and will be in the 8,000 sq. ft. space located between Burlington and David’s Bridal.

Christian Ablah of Classic Real Estate handled both deals along with Brad Saville of Landmark Commercial Real Estate on the Dollar Tree deal and David Boyd of Walter Morris Cos. on the Five Below Transaction.

More information on both stores will appear closer to the time they open.
