TopGolf is now headed to K-96 and Greenwich after it was initially expected to build its first located at 13^th and Greenwich. It will be a joint venture with BigShots, the similar but smaller driving range concept which was also originally going to have its own location at K-96 and Greenwich.

The project will be located just north of the Greenwich Place Shopping center, and will be a two-story, $25.8 million TopGolf facility with 50 interactive golf bays that will be open by March 2023.
