New Subway to Open at 37th & Maize

Subway franchisee Rottinghaus Co. has closed on a deal for a new Subway in the Stonebridge development at the southeast corner of 37th Street North and Maize Road.

The restaurant will located in front of Menards and is south of where an Arby’s is under construction.

“It’s a good location,” says Dennis Rottinghaus, an owner in the company. “It’s just a growth area.”

Rottinghaus, who has Subways in six states, can’t say how many he has in the greater Wichita area.

“I don’t actually ever count them,” he says. “I have no reason to count them. Why would you?”

Brad Saville of Landmark Commercial Real Estate and Cory Skinner of Rottinghaus Real Estate handled the deal for the Stonebridge site.

Rottinghaus says there’s no projected opening date yet, but look for the restaurant to be ready sometime next year.
