08 Jan IHOP to open at Southfork on Jan. 25th
Ali Issa says he’s hiring now. He needs quite a few employees because the restaurant will be a 24-hour business, though not immediately.
“It might take six weeks,” Issa says of getting established.
Opening day is Jan. 25.
This makes the fourth IHOP for Issa and his brothers, Ty and Mike, who also own a number of other restaurants around Wichita, such as Larkspur, Scotch & Sirloin and Hereford House.
Their IHOPs are in Hutchinson, Emporia and near Maple and Ridge Road in Wichita.
Anyone interested in applying to work at the new IHOP can visit the Ridge Road restaurant between 2 and 5 p.m. any day for an interview, or they can apply at www.snagajob.com. They also can pick up and drop off applications at the new site.
Training starts Jan. 15.
