14 Jan Dollar Tree plans new stores in west Wichita, Haysville
Dollar Tree just signed two new leases in the Wichita area. One will be located in the Central Heights Shopping center at Central and Ridge, and the other in Haysville.
Landmark Commercial Real Estate’s Brad Saville represented Dollar Tree on both deals.
11,500 square-feet of the old Hobby Lobby building at Central Heights, will be occupied by Dollar Tree, as the other portion of the building is planned for Ollie’s, a Pennsylvania-based “bargain outlet”.
Landmark Commercial Property Management has taken over the management of the Central and Ridge shopping center all together.
On the Dollar Tree Lease, Troy Farha of NAI Martens and Carol LaSala of NAI Heartland represented the landlord, Tuesday Real Estate Central Ridge LLC.
Meanwhile, the Dollar Tree in Haysville is planned to be at the Haysville Shopping Center in a 9,750 square-foot space at 360 N. Main.
Both of the Dollar Tree locations are expected to open sometime in spring or early summer.
