The owner of local tire distributor K & M Tire, Langhals Enterprises, LLC, with headquarters in Delphos, Ohio, recently purchased a 77,720 sq. ft., deluxe, high-bay distribution warehouse at 5950 N. Prospect, Park City, KS. The building has four covered docks, drive-in access, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and is situated on 5 acres.  Park City is a suburb of Wichita. The building was built speculatively in 2013 by Air Capitol Industrial Park developer Lou Robelli.  K & M Tire has been a tenant in another of Mr. Robelli’s warehouses at 805 W. Murdock, and they will be relocating to the new warehouse over the next few months. The building is situated among his four other large north end warehouses ranging from 200,000 to 450,000 sq. ft.  Ted Branson, Industrial Division Director with Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc., in Wichita, KS, had been offering the building for lease when K & M/Langhals’ broker expressed interest in buying it. Negotiations were handled by Mr. Branson on behalf of the seller, and by Rob Holland of Kessinger/Hunter Company, LLC of Kansas City on behalf of the buyer.
