Mr. Gallardo is a commercial real estate agent working primarily with clients in retail site selection and land development. Real estate is and will always be about location. Clients benefit from Anthony’s skillset of mitigating property risk by comprehending market research, due diligence, and development negotiations of common easements and restrictions. Anthony is known as an energetic purpose driven advocate for his clients, ever pursuing exceptional outcomes.
His experience in real estate began in college when Anthony had a summer job working for a boutique residential and multifamily property management firm. From this experience he ultimately decided to move forward with a career in commercial real estate. Anthony graduated with a degree in Economics with an emphasis in real estate and political science from Wichita State University. After graduating college he joined Landmark Commercial Real estate in 2022. To this date Anthony has represented developers, national retail, and restaurant clients through acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leaseback, and development projects.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his fiancé, working out, reading books, and traveling. His favorite quote is “Never assume, know that you know.”
