Stephanie started her real estate career in 2011, bringing with her expertise in commercial sales and management. During her career she has been responsible for the sales and leasing of a portfolio with over one million square feet of commercial real estate with resulting occupancy of 95%. Stephanie also managed investor relations, mergers, and acquisitions for a large healthcare organization working on ground up senior living facilities and raising over $18M.
Her expertise involves ground up developments, construction, budgeting, and lease negotiations. Stephanie has an interest in retail and office leasing as well as representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Stephanie is active in the Wichita community and currently serves as the board president for Women in Commercial Real Estate and founded the organization in 2013. Over her career she has received WBJ 40 Under 40, WBJ Women Who Lead in Commercial Real Estate and was selected to participate in Leadership Wichita.
Stephanie is married with three children. Her and her husband find joy in spending quality time with family and friends and cherish the time they spend as spectators at their kids sporting events.
