The Orlando, Fla.-based real estate investment trust that sold its west-side All Star Sports earlier this month has also sold the east-side All Star Adventures.

According to county and state business records, National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) has sold the 23-acre amusement park at 1010 N. Webb Road to Equisset LLC, a local real estate finance company owned by Jeff Lange.

Jeff Lowrance, property development manager for Lange Real Estate, says Equisset has partnered with local real estate developers Casey Bachrodt and Phil Bundy on the ownership.

Lowrance said it’s a great piece of real estate, and that the group is excited to have a tenant, Adventure Holdings, still in place. Based out of Jacksonville, Fla., Adventure Holdings will continue to manage both All Star properties.

The deal closed Aug. 11, six days after local real estate investor Bao “Bryan” Nguyen purchased the west-side All Star Sports through an entity called Project 8333 LLC, the WBJ reported last week.

Nguyen told the WBJ he plans to keep the All Star Sports as it is for the time being, but “has plans in the works for something big.”

That means both All Star properties are now once again locally owned.

Built in 1995, the east-side All Star Adventures is located on Webb Road between Central and 13th Street and has a 12,000 square-foot indoor arcade, along with batting cages, a golf driving range, a go-cart track and about a dozen outdoor amusement rides.
