Wichita Endodontics closes on vacant office building with plans to move to new east-side digs

Wichita Endodontics has closed on the purchase of a two-story office building after a year-long search for a new east-side location. They plan to remodel the building located at 12219 E Central, between Greenwich and 127th Street.

Stephanie Colley, who handles business development for the specialty dental office, says “Over the past years, our group has grown from two doctors to five now, and our staff from 10 to 30”. The practice has run out of room and the overall objective is be able to consolidate that staff over into this new east building.

Wichita Endodontics plans to move into the new building next summer and will keep its west-side office at 21st and Ridge.

NAI Martens’ Trent Garman and Steve Martens handled the sale, with Nino Lawson of ICT Capital co-brokering the seller representation.

Craig Simon of Landmark Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer on the deal, which closed earlier this month.

The two-story building, which Biologix Center had most recently leased until it left last spring, was built in 2007 and has about 12,000 sq. ft.

Colley said Wichita Endodontics will occupy the first floor of the building, with space upstairs that can eventually be leased out to another tenant.

Hutton will be the general contractor on the renovation.

The new east-side location will also give Wichita Endodontics the updated look its going for; the practice just recently remodeled its west Wichita office at 7721 W. 21st St in November 2018. Colley said “We wanted to emulate that out on the east side as well”.
